(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the petitioner is relying upon a judgment of this Court passed in CWP-19835-2017 titled as 'Ranbir Vs. State of Haryana and others', decided on 20.08.2019 (Annexure P-10), but in LPA-154-2020 titled as ' Haryana Power Generation Corporation Limited and others Vs. Dharampal and another', the operation of the said judgment has been stayed and therefore, the petitioner be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, at this stage, with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action in case after the decision in LPA-154-2020, the right to claim the appointment still exists.
