**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner, by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has approached this Court seeking directions to the official respondents to take appropriate legal action against the private respondents.

When the case came for hearing on 7.4.2014, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time and the case was adjourned to 30.4.2014. Thereafter, on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, case was adjourned to 22.5.2014. On 22.5.2014 again, on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, case was adjourned to 5.9.2014. On 5.9.2014 also, case was adjourned to 12.1.2015 on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. On 12.1.2015, it was again adjourned to 21.2.2015 on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. On 21.2.2015, none appeared and the case was adjourned to 19.3.2015. On 19.3.2015, learned proxy counsel sought AMIT KUMAR 2015.10.20 10:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

and was granted time, adjourning to the case to 16.7.2015. On 16.7.2015, none appeared and case was adjourned to today, i.e. 19.10.2015.

Similar is the position today. Case has been called twice. Neither anybody came present on behalf of the petitioner nor any request of pass over has been made. It seems that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view of the above, instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his other remedies, in accordance with law.
