(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuing directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to conduct enquiry within time bound manner on the representation dated 15.2.2024 (Annexure P-4) moved by the petitioner and registration of FIR against respondents No.4 to 8. Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage limits his prayer and submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 15.2.2024 (Annexure P-2) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

Mr. Kunwarbir Singh, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and submits that he/she has no objection in case the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage, is accepted.
