After arguing on merit for sometime, learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the learned Special Court to expedite the trial proceedings and preferably conclude the same within three months.

We have gone through the status report dated 01.08.2016 sent by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib, and are satisfied that learned Court is making all earnest efforts to speed up the trials of all such cases pending before it including the instant case.
