(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to complete the investigation in FIR No.301 dated 15.11.2014 (Annexure P1) registered under Sections 411, 414, 489-A, 489-B, 489-C IPC, 15/18/21/22/61/85 of the NDPS Act and 25 of the Arms Act, and submit a report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Angrej Singh, submits that the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. was presented before the Illaqa Magistrate on 20.03.2019.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
