# Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.195 dated 27.11.2014 registered at Police Station Bawa Khel, District Jalandhar under Sections 420/465/467/468/471/120:B/506/34 IPC. Vide order dated 15.04.2015 while issuing notice of motion, the petitioner was granted interim bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Pinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from her and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.
In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 15.04.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
The petition stands disposed off accordingly. "
