(ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.16 dated 05.02.2023 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC registered at Police Station, Sadar Nabha, District Patiala. Learned State counsel on instructions from H.C. Kulvir Singh, P.S. Sadar Nabha, District Patiala submits that in compliance of order dated 23.02.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 23.02.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
