TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA, J. (ORAL) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to step up and refix the petitioner's pay on the promotional post of Deputy Director (Vocational Education), Group-A, and release all consequential benefits. 2.
The petitioner, appearing in person, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied in case he is permitted to make a fresh representation before the respondents raising the grievance as has been raised in this petition, and the same may be ordered to be decided within a specified period 3.
Notice of motion.

Learned State counsel accepts notice and submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner within two weeks from today, the same will be decided by respondent no.2 - Director, Skill Development and Industrial Training, by passing a speaking order thereupon in accordance with law, within three months of receiving the representation. In view of the statement made, the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 6.
