(ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter in issue is squarely covered by an order and judgment, dated 20.12.1994, rendered by this Court in RFA No. 3797 of 1992, titled "Amar Nath and others v. State of Haryana and another", and other connected matters, vide which the appeals arising out of the same acquisition were decided by this Court. A reference is also made to another order, dated 30.05.2016, rendered by this Court in RFA No. 1924 of 1994, titled "Raghunath Lal (deceased) through LRs and others v. State of Haryana", vide which an appeal preferred by the claimant arising of the same acquisition was disposed of by this Court in terms of its decision in the case of Amar Nath (supra). Therefore, the present appeal too be disposed of in terms of the decision of this Court in the case of Amar Nath (supra). Ordered accordingly.
