As per allegations, petitioner accused alongwith co-accused Ramesh, Krishan, Kuldip and ASI Shamsher Singh, in a premeditated manner, hatched a conspiracy and laid a honey trap wherein complainant Dharambir was found in a room with the present petitioner-accused and thereafter they repeatedly extracted money from him.

CRM-M 1315/2016 petitioner is in custody since 21.5.2015; and after framing of charge evidence of 15 cited Pws is yet to commence. Further,petitioner is stated to be not involved in any other case.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Rajesh is unable to refute the aforesaid factual position.
