**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) This is the petition for direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to investigate the case through some other agency. Reply has been filed by the State and the same is taken on record. Copy supplied.

It has been stated in the reply that respondents No. 7 to 9 were found innocent and respondent No. 4-Iqbal and respondent No. 6-Aslam have been arrested and challan has been filed against them. It is also stated that they are to arrest accused Irfan who is evading his arrest. Since challan has been presented, no further directions are required to be issued.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
