This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 for protection of life and liberty of the petitioners, and to register FIR against respondent Nos.6 to 8 on the basis of information disclosing commission of cognizable offences. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Jalandhar, to dispose of complaint dated October 7, 2015 (Annexure P-2).

The instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 - Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Jalandhar, to look into the grievance unfolded in complaint dated October 7, 2015 (Annexure P-2) and to take an appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
