Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.75 dated 06.12.2017 (P-1), under Sections 302, 120-B, 148, 149 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Garhdiwal, District Hoshiarpur. 2.

Learned Senior counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, does not press the present petition at this stage and submits that same be disposed off as not pressed.
