The order which is challenged before this Court by filing the instant petition is, in fact, a revisable order, therefore, without observing anything on the merits, the petitioner is relegated to the revisional court concerned.

This Court, at the time of issuance of notice of motion, stayed further proceedings before the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Patiala, vide order dated 27.2.2024. Therefore, in the interest of justice, the interim directions (supra) as issued by this Court shall remain in operation till one month from today, or till the filing of revision petition before the revisional court concerned. 3.
