HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for quashing of complaint No.69/2015, dated 11.09.2015 (Annexure P-3), registered under Sections 323, 324, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3 (i)(ii)(iii) of SC/ST Act and summoning order dated 14.01.2016 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Samana (Annexure P-4).

On 12.05.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and same was the position on 02.02.2023. Thereafter, on 24.04.2023 no one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners when the following order was passed:- "A perusal of file reveals that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 12.05.2022 and the matter was adjourned to 02.02.2023, however, on HIMANI GUPTA 2023.05.19 16:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh
CRM-M-13169-2016 -2the said date as well, the position remained the same and the registry was directed to notify the petitioners and their counsel for 24.04.2023, i.e. today.
As per office report, learned counsel for the petitioners was notified of the next date of hearing (24.04.2023), however even today, no one has appeared to represent the petitioners. It is further stated in the office report that the information letter sent to the petitioners in terms of order dated 24.04.2023 has not been received back either served or otherwise. List on 05.05.2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioners be again notified of the date fixed."

As per the office report, learned counsel for the petitioners has been informed through e-mail and telephonically. Today, again no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioners despite being notified of the date fixed. 4.
It appears that the petitioners are no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
