RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing the summoning order, dated 30.09.2021, issued against the petitioner under Section 25 of the Payment and Settlement System Act, 2007 and the order dated 24.01.2023, passed by learned trial Court dismissing the application filed by the petitioner for discharge and consequently with a prayer for dismissal of complaint No.COMA/684/2021, dated 25.09.2021, instituted on 30.09.2021, pending before Judicial Magistrate, Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to file revision petition before the Sessions Court.

Allowed as prayed for.
