*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondent to re-issue the passport of the petitioner. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the instant writ petition, therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the same.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
