; for grant of regular bail in FIR No.48 dated 26.07.2024 under Sections 75 of BNS and Section 8 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Cantt. District Bathinda.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that since the petitioner has been acquitted in the aforesaid FIR, therefore, present regular bail application is rendered infructuous and accordingly he withdraws the same. This fact is confirmed by learned counsel representing State. In view of the statement, instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn having rendered infructuous.
