Learned counsel for petitioner states that since the petitioner has been acquitted in the aforesaid FIR, therefore, present regular bail application is rendered infructuous and accordingly he withdraws the same. This fact is confirmed by learned counsel representing State. In view of the statement, instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn having rendered infructuous.
