H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Mohan Lal states that the petitioner has since appeared in the trial Court and she has been released on interim bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on file copy of the order passed by the trial Court, in support of his contention that accused Ranjit Kaur @ Jeeto @ Jit Kaur has appeared there and has been granted bail.

CRM-M No. 12233 of 2017 -2years who had been facing trial before Judge, Special Court, Jalandhar. She could not appear in the Court on 10.1.2017, which is stated to be for the reason that she had noted down the wrong date, resultantly her bail bonds were cancelled and forfeited to the State and she was ordered to be summoned through warrants of arrest. Since the petitioner has put in appearance in the trial Court, the interim bail granted to her vide order dated 18.4.2017 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
