Present appeal pertains to the year 2019. On 10.02.2025 the following order was passed :

" On 15.10.2024 the following order was passed : " On 11.01.2024 the following order was passed : " On 24.08.2022 none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to 10.02.2023. Thereafter, the case was adjourned by Order on two dates.

On 11.08.2023, again, none appeared and on the basis of written request circulated on behalf of the learned counsel for the appellant, the case was adjourned to today.

Today again a request is made for an adjournment on behalf of the arguing counsel on the ground that he is unwell.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 04.09.2024.

On 04.09.2024 none appeared on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to today. Today also, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite the matter being called twice. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 08.02.2025.

It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted."

Today, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant states that the file of the present case was taken by the appellant about 11⁄2 month ago and he has no instructions in the matter.

Since the brief has been taken away by the appellant and she is well aware of the pendency of the present appeal, despite that nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. 3.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
