Mr.Kirat Singh Sidhu,DAG Punjab with ASI Harbans Singh Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Payer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR no.130 dated 19.10.2013 for offences punishable under Sections 25,22,61,85 of the NDPS Act,PS Sangat,Distt.Bathinda. There was a recovery of 270 grams of intoxicating powder and 125 injections of Fortwin from three accused,including the present petitioner sitting in the Car.
Petitioner is stated to be on regular bail since 2013 and for his solitary absence on 9.2.2016 his bail bonds have been cancelled and NBWs issued.

CRM-M No.13193/2016 noting of the date of hearing by all the accused on bail. Vide order dated 23.4.2016 while issuing notice of motion it was directed that in the event of surrendering before the trial court within 7 days, petitioner be released on interim bail. At the time of hearing today,learned counsel states that in compliance of the said order, petitioner surrendered before the trial court on 29.4.2016 and was released on interim bail. Learned State counsel on instructions is unable to refute the said factual position.
In view of the above interim bail granted by the trial court, pursuant to the order dated 23.4.2016, is made absolute. Disposed of.
