 Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.17 dated 24.01.2022, registered under Sections 304, 452, 148 and 149 IPC, at Police Station Shri Hargobindpur, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur.

Keeping in view the above facts, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court finds that the petitioners are not required for custodial interrogation. Therefore, finding merit in the present petition, the same is allowed. The petitioners are directed to join investigation as and when called upon to do so and if they are sought to be arrested, they shall be released on anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of PARVEEN KUMAR 2022.09.23 06:43 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
