(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.196 dated 04.08.2021, registered under Sections 408, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Division No.6, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

Vide order dated 20.03.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ranvir Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
