(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.21 dated 06.02.2015 registered under Sections 420, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station Patran, District Patiala.
Learned Deputy Advocate General on instructions from ASI Sher Singh has stated that pursuant to the interim order dated 28.04.2015 the petitioner has joined the investigation and she is no more required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to grant the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Resultantly, the petition is allowed. The interim order dated 28.04.2015 is made absolute.
