IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH CRM M-13198 of 2016 Date of decision : 22.04.2016 Vikramjeet Singh Panthey ....Petitioner V/s The State of Punjab & anr.
....Respondents BEFORE : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA
Present:
Mr. ADS Sukhija, Advocate for the petitioner. RAJAN GUPTA J.
Only grievance of the petitioner is that he has made number of representations (Annexures P7 to P12). However, same have not been examined by the concerned authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been a forgery in the public records. Permission order of Gurdev Singh has been passed in the back date. Thus, necessary direction needs to be issued by this court.
Heard.
I do not find any ground to interfere in inherent jurisdiction of this court. Petitioner appears to have grievance against Gurdev Singh who is not a party to this petition. Averments made in the petition are totally vague. There is no head or tail. This court finds no ground to interfere. Dismissed.
