(oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a compromise has been effected between the petitioner and respondent No.2 and in pursuance of the same, a separate petition for quashing of the FIR on the basis of said compromise has already been filed by him. It is therefore, submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the same, if the circumstances so warrant. In view of the submission so made, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
