**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 10.02.2023 submitted by petitioner as well as to investigate the same.
Based on an alleged incident dated 05.09.2022 wherein the petitioner besides two others were allegedly given injuries by 5-6 persons of the same locality and were even medico-legally examined, the petitioner moved representation dated 10.02.2023 before respondent No.2 for taking action against the assailants. Aggrieved of the deafening silence from the side of respondents, the petitioner approached this Court by way of present petition. Learned State counsel on instructions form ASI Lakhwinder Singh, P.S. Bhindi Saidan, District Amritsar submits that though the representation was received by respondent No.2, however, the TEJWINDER SINGH 2023.03.29 13:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

To this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent as and when called upon to do so.
