/0 $    %     is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order of suspension dated 03.09.2019 (Annexure P-3) and the charge-sheet dated 19.12.2019 (Annexure P-5).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondents have passed an order dated 27.10.2025 vide which, the charge-sheet issued to the petitioner has been filed. Petitioner has been fully exonerated and the period of suspension has been approved as 'duty period'. Photocopy of the order dated 27.10.2025 is taken on record and marked as 'X'. 3.

In light of the abovesaid order dated 27.10.2025 passed by the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file DIWAKER GULATI 2026.01.22 09:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document -1-



 representation in regard to grant of consequential benefits in light of abovesaid order dated 27.10.2025 with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide such representation submitted by the petitioner in a timebound manner. 4.
