(Oral) This is the second petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.268 dated 25.11.2017 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC (Sections 467, 468, 471 IPC added later) at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran (Annexure P1). The first petition seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn, after arguing the case for some time, on 05.02.2018.

Now, there is no new circumstance in the case and counsel for the petitioner raises only one submission that the petitioner being an old lady wants to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court be directed to dispose of the regular bail application of the petitioner expeditiously.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. In case, the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 01 week from today, her regular bail application be decided by the trial Court within a period of 03 days, thereafter.
