(ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.0025 dated 09.02.2023 under Section 21(1) Mines and Mineral (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 registered at Police Station, Sadar Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur, Punjab.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Rashminder Pal Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 24.02.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 24.02.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
