At the outset, it has been contended by learned State Counsel that in the present case as per list of witnesses, 19 prosecution witnesses are there and out of 19, 15 have already been examined. 3.

In view of abovementioned contention, the learned counsel for the petitioner has requested that instead of pressing this petition for regular bail, at this stage, he would like to seek a direction to the learned trial Court to dispose of the trial in a timebound manner. 4.
