(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.0079 dated 28.02.2018 registered under Sections 381, 385, 406, 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 477-A, 506 IPC and Sections 43(a), 43(b), 43(c), 66, 66 B of the Information and Technology Act, 2000 read with Sections 120-B and 34 IPC at Police Station Sector 40, Gurugram, and order dated 20.02.2018 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurugram, under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ajad Singh, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that police is going to file untraced report within two weeks in the Court. In view of above, petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with direction to learned State counsel to abide by his RAVINDER SINGH 2019.03.12 17:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
