The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 31.10.1994 and 27.02.1996 (Annexures P-1 and P-3 respectively).

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

On 01.08.2024, the following order was passed: "As per the office report, Mr. J.M. Sethi, Advocate, the counsel for the petitioner is stated to have expired. In view of the report, notice be issued to the petitioner for 28.11.2024.

Photocopy of this order be placed on the file of above mentioned connected case."
