G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents no. 1 to 3 to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioners and also directing respondents no. 4 and 5 not to interfere in the personal life of the petitioners. It has been averred in the petition that the petitioners are major and the date of birth of petitioner no. 1 is 18.03.1997 and the matriculation certificate has been appended as Annexure P-1 in support thereof. Petitioner no. 2 is stated to have been born on 09.02.1986 and Aadhar Card is attached as Annexure P-2 in support thereof. It is further alleged that the petitioners got married on 15.04.2015 at Prachin Shiv Mandir, MDC, Panchkula.
The copy of certificate of marriage has been appended as Annexure P-3 and the photographs as Annexure P-4. The petitioners had made a representation dated 15.04.2015 to respondent no. 2 regarding their grievance (Annexure P-5) and resultantly, they have approached this Court. After hearing counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the veracity of the age and validity of the marriage, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to look into the said issue and take necessary action SHIVANI GUPTA 2015.04.

The petition stands disposed of.
