SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.46 dated 09.02.2021 under Sections 420,406,467,468,471,34 IPC registered at P.S Faridabad Central, District Faridabad.

This Court vide order dated 01.10.2024, directed the petitioner to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 01.10.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mahabir does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.

In view of the above, the order dated 01.10.2024 is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. ( SANDEEP MOUDGIL ) JUDGE 17.01.2025 manoj
