RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail after seeing the grievances of the petitioner as he is apprehending imminent threat and apprehension of arrest in some non-cognizable offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other alternative remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
