RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to summon the records of the case, register an FIR based on the complaint made by the petitioner, dated 18.01.2023, Annexure P-1 and direct respondents no.1 and 2 to pass a speaking order upon the complaint, dated 18.01.2023.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 18.01.2023, Annexure P-1, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On the asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.
