Instant appeal has been filed against the order, dated 05.02.2025, passed by learned Special Court, Rupnagar, rejec1ng an1cipatory bail to the appellant in case FIR No.5 dated 08.01.2025, registered under Sec1ons 3(1)(s) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Preven1on of Atroci1es) Act, 1989 at Police Sta1on City Rupnagar, Tehsil and District Rupnagar, Punjab. 2.

By virtue of order dated 27.03.2025, while gran1ng interim protec1on, the appellant was directed to join the inves1ga1on. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellant has submi9ed that the appellant has joined the inves1ga1on and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute.
