(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents no. 2 and 3 to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioners and also directing respondents no. 4 to 9 not to interfere in the personal life of the petitioners. It has been averred in the petition that the petitioners are major and the date of birth of petitioner no. 1 is 11.02.1994 and the matriculation certificate has been appended as Annexure P-1 in support thereof. Petitioner no. 2 is stated to have born in the year 1993 and Aadhar Card is attached as Annexure P-2 in support thereof. It is further alleged that the petitioners got married on 15.04.2015 at Shri Bala Ji Jyotish Kender at Panchkula as per Hindu Rituals against the wishes of respondent no. 4 to 9 and the marriage is an inter caste marriage.

The petitioner no. 1 belongs to Jat Sikh community whereas petitioner no. 2 belongs to Scheduled Caste community. The copy of certificate of marriage has been appended as Annexure P-3 and the photographs as Annexure P-4. The petitioners had made a representation dated 15.04.2015 (Annexure P-5) to respondent no. 2 regarding their grievance and resultantly, they have approached this Court. -2After hearing counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the veracity of the age and validity of the marriage, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to look into the said issue and take necessary action in accordance with law in view of the law laid down in Lata Singh vs. State of U.P., AIR 2006 SC 2522, if required.

The petition stands disposed of.
