(Oral) Petitioner by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeks directions to the official respondents to take necessary legal action against the accused persons in FIR No.309 dated 23.8.2008 under Sections 306, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Hodal, Distt. Faridabad. Notice of motion was issued and pursuant thereto, reply by way of affidavit dated 10.7.2014 was filed. Learned counsel for the State, while referring to the preliminary submissions, submits that a detailed investigation was conducted and after conclusion thereof, cancellation report was prepared long back. He further submits that nobody has come from the department to assist him and he is not aware about the fact, whether the cancellation report has been presented to the court of competent jurisdiction or not.

CRM M-No.12302 of 2014 petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent police authorities to ensure presentation of the cancellation report to the court of competent jurisdiction, if not already presented, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. After presentation of the cancellation report before the court, the learned court will proceed further, in accordance with law.

With the above said observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
