Learned counsel for the respondents relied upon a speaking order dated 01.04.2025 to submit that salary of the petitioners has been refixed and the arrears shall be released in their favour within 15 days from today.

In such circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition, however, in case the respondents fail to abide by their undertaking, the salary of respondent to the extent of 1/3rd shall remain attached till compliance is made.
