HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for quashing of impugned FIR No.273 dated 03.11.2022, registered under Sections 406, 420, 506 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Sector 9, Ambala City, District Ambala, Haryana (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioners on the basis of compromise dated 09.12.2022 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the present petition and hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as afore-mentioned.
