The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to provide protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents No.4 and 5.

It has been averred that the date of birth of petitioner No.1 is 04.02.1997 and of petitioner No.2 is 22.02.1995. Copies of the certificates with regard to their age proof are attached as Annexures P-1 and P-2 respectively.

It is averred in the petition that the marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 16.04.2016 according to Sikh rites. The photographs of marriage ceremony are attached as Annexure P4(Colly.). Private respondent Nos.4 and 5 are opposed to the marriage, as the petitioners had performed the marriage without their consent. The petitioners have submitted representation dated 16.04.2016 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No. 2 seeking protection of their life and liberty at the hands of the private respondents.
