Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 863 dated 30.12.2015, registered under Section(s) 379 IPC at Police Station Sadar, District Bhiwani. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Head Constable Dharamvir, affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
