" the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.70 dated 03.08.2013 registered at Police Station Kahnuwan, District Gurdaspur under Sections 325/323/452/427/506/148/149 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed.
The petition stands allowed in those terms.
