(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner states that under the law the petitioner is not required to deposit ex-gratia amount, which she had received after the death of her husband and the said amount can be deducted by the respondents from the benefit, which the petitioner is entitled for.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the respondents to convince them about the said law.
