*** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.75 dated 29.11.2018, registered under Section 306 IPC, Police Station City Smalsar, District Moga.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 22.02.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
