SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.167 dated 15.11.2022 under Sections 307,323,34 IPC (Section 302 IPC added later on) registered at P.S Division No.2, Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Prayer is accepted.
