* * * * Respondent No.1-Chander Bhan, an employee of Haryana Roadways, challenged his termination order before Labour Court, who vide award dated 01.12.2003, set aside the termination terming it to be illegal and ordered his reinstatement on his previous post. The order of the learned Tribunal has been challenged in the writ petition. However, no interim stay was granted. Today, Mr. Ajit Bhardwaj, AAG Haryana appearing along with Mr. Rajender Parshad, Clerk and Mr. Ravinder Kumar, Clerk, Haryana Roadways, Delhi Depot, states that Chander Bhan has retired and even has been granted pension as per Rules. Learned Counsel, in the circumstances, submits that the writ petition has become infructuous and be dismissed as such. We order accordingly.
