Notice of motion was issued and interim protection was granted. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 21.4.2015 passed by this court, petitioner surrendered before the learned trial court and moved an appropriate application seeking bail pending trial, which has been allowed by the learned trial court, vide order dated 24.4.2015. The bail bonds were accepted. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Sanjeewan Singh, Police Station Goindwal Sahib fairly states that the

statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner is based on record. In view of the above, the order dated 21.4.2015 is hereby made absolute.

The present petition stands disposed of.
